Maternity pay query

Hi all,

Can someone help me work out maternity pay entitlement? I started a job on 7th May. To qualify for occupational maternity pay, I need to have been working here for 12 months up to and including the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth.

Am I entitled to enchanced pay if I am pregnant now?

Thank you!

Depends on how many weeks pregnant you are? If you are 25 weeks before that date then no, after than yes!

Hi OP, uou can use this calculator to work out your due date www.calculator.net/due-date-calculator.html (though you won’t know for sure until your 12 week scan) and then this calculator to work out your 25th week of pregnancy https://staffsquared.com/hr-resources/calculators/maternity-calculator/

but yes I think you should qualify!
