Hey everyone! With my first two pregnancies I kept relatively well, slight nausea between 7-14 weeks but this time - third time round - I have been feeling ROTTEN!!!!! I’m unsure if it’s pregnancy related or just a coincidence I am actually maybe picking up bugs easier with my immune system being lower…

But for three weeks now I have been suffering with my stomach, unable to have big meals without feeling super nauseous , feeling nauseous for the most past of the day especially around lunch time , sore head, and the past two days I’ve had body aches / chills / possibly a fever, I definitely feel flu like ..

any help / advice would be much appreciated thank you in advance , i am roughly 7 weeks pregnant xxx

Oh bless you OP, that sounds awful. It could well be a bug/flu etc or could just be normal pregnancy.
I'm pregnant with our second and have suffered so much more this time round than I did with my first, especially in the first trimester.
I had a lot of the same as what you describe and just generally felt like death.

Now 31 weeks and it's not much better - I've got a banging head, I can't get warm, I'm sniffling and sneezing, all I want to do is sleep, I'm off my food and I've got a sore throat...... definitely think the lower immunity in pregnancy doesn't help
