Implantation bleeding or AF. Freaking out!

I am ttc and I guess that I'm in cd15 which my period would be due today or tomorrow.
2 days ago I felt a dull ache stabbing pain in my left side that lasted a minute. Assuming that I felt implantation cramp as it was the same pain I felt with my first child. The next morning I went to the toilet and spotted brown/ pinky discharge, which was on and off. A few hours later I started to bleed abit more like I would on the next day of my period but only when i wiped or going to the toilet. Plus there was a few streaks of blood in the toilet. Just really confused about it all. I never experienced implantation bleeding before and over this I have taken a pregnancy test but BFN.

Bleeding now a day and a half.

My cycle is normally 27 to 28 days.

I had a MC just over a year ago at 8weeks and had the tiniest bit of implantation bleeding

my period is due anyday now and sorry TMI but this is what the tissue looks like at the moment? Earlier today I had some brighter orange/red like 2cm worth once when I wiped, but nothing since then

I’ve not had a baby before only miscarriages so any support/similar experiences will help!
boobs are killing me, tummy is making weird noises and I’m exhausted. I don’t want to get ahead of myself because I’m also cramping so my period could really come first thing tomorrow but interested to know what people think?
