Positive on wondfo but negative on on CB digital at 13dpo af due tomorrow

Hi I have had multiple miscarriages and chemical never had pregnancy go beyond 5 weeks this time I am on progesterone suppositories and aspirin. I had a cb ultra early positive from 10 dpi but it hasn’t gotten darker until today 13 dpo, I had what I feel whas implantation bleeding at 12 dpo my wondfo test are positive and cb dig is negative is this likely another chemical no signs of af

Unfortunately a miscarriage at 4.5 weeks 😞 but God willing will have my rainbow baby what about you.
