I haven't physically vomited in a few weeks now, I have definitely got over the worst stage! I am coming up to 16 weeks.

I have woken up this morning, massive headache and feeling like I might be sick! First time in a while I've had to keep my sick bowl next to me.

Not sure if it is down to the fact I went out for a birthday meal last night and went to bed a lot later than usual and my body just can't handle it or if this is just a normal part of pregnancy.

Just want to find out from others if it's normal to go weeks without feeling sick and nauseous, to waking up feeling like you are in the first trimester again!? 😫 just when I thought I was getting better!

I still get days like this at 31 weeks!

Mine seemed to have stopped about 18-20 weeks but then still comes back every couple of weeks for a 'one off' (thankfully shortlived).

Headaches can also be very normal too

@sel2223 it's so frustrating, I have told everyone how much better I feel, even my manager and now it's hit me like a ton of bricks again and I'm struggling. I get worried that people will start to think I am putting it on.

The fatigue and exhaustion hasn't left though! I still nap most days and go to bed at like 8/9pm 😂

Yep ,the second trimester 'glow' is a complete lie in my experience - I've never had it .

Don't worry about what other people say or think. Anyone who's grown a human should understand that no 2 pregnancies are the same and you can go from feeling amazing to horrendous in a matter of hours
