Am I pregnant

So.
I came on my period 24th December.
On 28th my period had stopped and I have unprotected sex.
Then 2 weeks after I bleed which initially thought I was coming on my period early as I can be quite irregular these days, but it was brown blood and lasted about 3 days.
Now I don't know whether to expect a period again soon or not. Also I have been convinced pregnant as ivenhad loads of weird symptoms. Still no period (with red blood) and I tested this morning and it's negative. So I'm confused

You need to take a test. That’s the only way way to know for sure

Nobody can tell you if you're pregnant other than a positive pregnancy test, but if you ovulated around the time you had intercourse, the test would be positive by now so it's most likely you're not pregnant x

Sorry I should’ve said take a test with your first morning pee. Pee in a clean cup (throw away one) and you can dip your test in, I usually used the cheap stick ones as I found them most reliable.

If you’ve got a negative test then chances are you’re not pregnant. Was it a pink dye test? If not retest with one of those, they’re more sensitive.

I know you say your cycles are irregular, but do they tend to be on the shorter or longer side? It would need to be a very short cycle to have a chance to conceive the day your period ended - in which case your period would be way overdue and you should get a strong positive.

No one can say for certain whether you are or not but it does seem unlikely.

You’d expect a test to be positive by now if you were pregnant so I’d assume not.

If you had sex the day your period stopped then it is unlikely to become pregnant (although not impossible) at that point because ovulation generally occurs several days later. Take another test in a couple of days to be sure.
