Nosebleeds and swallowing blood worry

Hello,

Get ready for the most random and yucky worry ever!
I am 36+6 days pregnant and I get nosebleeds often and I follow the guidance on how to deal with this. But today, I was co-napping with my daughter and a nosebleed started. I didn't want to disturb my daughter so I just laid down and fell asleep, assuming it would just clot at back of nose.

I fell asleep for over an hour and realised in horror that I must have been swallowing a load. Now worried that I have either swallowed a load of blood and harmed unborn baby or that I have inhaled some into my lungs.

Any form of reassurence welcome. Thank you!

Swallowing blood wouldn't go near your baby it'd go into your stomach.
If you'd have aspirated any into your lungs I'd have presumed you'd have woken up coughing and spluttering so I think you're going to be just fine.
I have health anxiety in pregnancy and post natally so you think it might be affecting you too?
