Does this look like a raised NT to you?!

Hiya, 10w4d ultrasound here. I have severe health anxiety and was wondering if the Nuchal fold looked larger to you?! I’ve not got my official Nuchal scan for a few days but I’m really going down the rabbit hole. Thank you <3

I don’t know, but you can be fast tracked for talking therapies during pregnancy. I had it for health anxiety.

The dating / NT scan is done at 11+2 - 13+6 for a reason! This is the time that the NT measurement matters. Trying to second guess an NT measurement on a scan outside of these parameters is pointless as it’s not evidence based and you have no idea how much the USS is zoomed in or if the NT is in the right dimension etc.

I had a scan at 10wks and had the same anxiety/ looked a bit similar. All fine at 12 weeks. They take the measurement then for a reason.
