Spotting

Hi everyone,
I'm currently 23 weeks and earlier today felt like I was wetting my pants, I wasn't, they were completely dry.
I've then went to the toilet and when I wiped had the smallest amount of blood on the paper.
No other symptoms.
I'm pretty sure the blood came from around my urethra area, but not too sure.
Has anyone else had this?

Some spotting in pregnancy can be normal .Alot of women experience this and have perfectly health pregnancy's could you arrange a midwife appointment for reassurance?

Mild spotting can be normal in any stage of pregnancy, but it’s still best to get it checked. I would contact your midwife just to be on the safe side x

Spotting can be normal but I'd give your midwife/maternity line a ring anyway and ask them.

Baby has been kicking away this morning & I haven't noticed anymore blood.
I have an appointment with my OB on Friday, but if anything happens before then I'll go to the hospital
