How much movement at 26 weeks?

A few weeks ago the baby was kicking really strong - to the point of it being sore, but in the last week I can only feel pressure sometimes on my bladder or more fluttery kicks - I haven't felt the baby roll for about 2 weeks, last time I am sure around this time DS was rolling at least every other day. Is movement really restricted from now or is it possible baby is caught somehow? (Sounds odd I know, but when DS was born we found out he had tied an actual knot in his cord which restricted movement and nutrition) I do know this baby is bigger than DS so maybe at 26 weeks it's too big to roll and do proper kicks? I haven't any appointments until June (apart from GTT at the end of May).

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It could be perfectly normal but I would contact your midwife if I were you.

I'll have a google first I guess... such a nightmare 2nd time around with childcare if I need to go in. Thanks x

LOW any movement in the last little bit?? Baby could be turned around to the kicking/hitting is towards you back which could be less noticable. Could just be a growth spurt. Are you having BH? Mine sleeps during those.

please insert this where I left it out: baby could be turned around facing your back

I spent 2 hours at my local hospital on Saturday as I hardly could feel anything (I am 28w). And after a scan, it showed that the baby was indeed facing my back.

Good post Breizhette. LOW I think somebody else on our thread has the same problem. I believe all is well but curious to hear if you touched base with your MW. A scan would definitely make you feel better.
