Caffeine intake

Since becoming pregnant, I've been way to guilty to even have a coffee. I've replaced it with PG tips tea in the morning, but I still feel guilty. I know you can have 200mg of caffeine, but something always tells me that it's still bad. Any other people still have their cups of tea?

I went totally off coffee and tea in the first trimester but couldn't be without my morning cuppa now!
I have 1-2 coffees a day, no pop, maybe some chocolate

Of course. I'd have a tea or coffee in the morning then decaf after that.

I'm just in the habit of drinking decaf tea and coffee by default because I can't tell the difference anyway and it helps to reduce anxiety a bit. I do have chocolate. But yes the guidance is you can have 200mg of caffeine. I would imagine a bit over that wouldn't be a huge issue it's more just being sensible with it.

I have a coffee in morning, and about 3 nights a week I'll have a tea or can of coke in the evening.

Never took any notice, tbh.i still drank tea (around 2-3 mugs a day) and probably 1-2 cans of pepsi max. I don't like coffee.
