Neck and shoulder pain

I’m just wondering if anyone has had any neck and shoulder pain im only 6 weeks, 7 in a few days. It stared off as neck pain but goes down in to my shoulder, I’m due a scan tomorrow due to spotting and a bit of cramping, but the more I read on this type of pain the more nervous I’m getting.
