Placenta size

Hi, just had my 12 week scan (measuring 12 w 5 days)

noticed my placenta looks massive, nothing was said but is making me concerned. Has anyone had anything similar? ^^

Looks very normal to me.
If there were any issues or anomalies identified during the scan you would have been told.
