Took Actifed like one month into my pregnancy as I had a cold and didn’t know I was pregnant. Does anyone know anything about birth defects? Thanks

I don't have any info on this specifically but I will say that what's done is done, early pregnancy is stressful enough without worrying about things you can't change or control.

I got my BFP in the middle of an all inclusive holiday which had involved copious amounts of alcohol in the days/ week prior. I've not touched a drop since and no point dwelling on anything from before I tested.

And think of the women that don't know they're pregnant until they are in labour - 9 months of eating, drinking and self medicating with no clue they are pregnant.
