PPROM? Not leaking constantly

I think I'm likely overthinking, but had anyone experienced the same?

Currently 17+5. I have had a lot of violent vomiting this pregnancy. I keep getting what I thought was stress incontinence whilst throwing up, so now I quickly pee before I know it's coming. But I'm still getting a lot of liquid during the vomiting, but it seems clear an odourless. Could PPROM leakage show up only due to the severe pressure or would it be constant? I'm occasionally damp at other times but put it down to discharge.

My last child was rushed to SCBU with an infection, thought to be caused by an early undetected rupture, but he was not prem.

I would get it checked you can never be too careful although sure it’s fine ', a bit later than you but at 37 weeks I had damp pants a lot and went to triage about it after it kept going for 3 days, they never did a swab just a look said it’s just discharge about a week later had a scan says low amniotic fluid and I was induced as that suspected my waters had gone for a while, but all was ok

The only way of knowing is ringing up the pregnancy assessment unit and letting them do a swab. This happened to me and I thought it might have been my bladder as it happened when I got out of the car and thought I had wet myself, I went and got checked and they told me I tested positive for amniotic fluid, I was 20 weeks pregnant. Thankfully my baby stayed in until full term. But better to be checked because if it is your waters you will need antibiotics.

Incredibly unlikely to be PPROM. The fact that it happens when you're getting pelvic pressure from vomiting, and at no other time, means that it's discharge.
