Little bit of bleeding at 37+6 weeks

Hi mums

Never happened before during my pregnancy however tonight I've gone to wipe and as seen in pictures there's a light bit of bleeding . I'm a first time mum and I don't know if I should be concerned . I'm due elective c - section in 10 days and baby movements everything have been perfectly fine today was just shocked to see the tissue . I know there's hardly anything there but because I haven't seen any blood my whole pregnancy I'm worried.

I should add me and my husband had sexual intercourse today . Google tells me mixed things that it can be normal etc but I wanna make sure

I can't see any blood but if you're concerned you should go to maternity triage and get checked.

Go and get checked.

Doesn’t look concerning from the pin prick of red I see on the tissue and your history of intercourse which can disturb your vaginal tissues, however nobody knows your history and we can’t safety check any other concerning features so you should call your maternity unit so they can go through it with you x
