This is my 4th pregnancy ( had HG with all the others .) this one is different tho … usually by 6 weeks on the dot I’m not stop vommiting . However with this one I don’t feel that bad at all during the day , eating loads feeling fine BUT I cannot sleep AT ALL at night ! I’m tossing , turning , night sweats , really uncomfortable stomach like I have the runs but I don’t , it’s that feeling like you have a bug but it’s all night every night and then during the day I’m okay !! Is this normal ? Just seems so odd as it’s not what I’m used too .. with the 3 girls I committed all day every day for months and lost TONs of weight . This one I’m eating all day but feeling like I have a virus all night . I’m so tired too 😭 also had a scan at 6 weeks and all that was seen was a sac and it was empty ! Going for rescan next week so I might not even have a baby !!

I hope everything goes well at your scan. I would say, for me, (2 boys, 2 girls and a TBC), boy and girl pregnancies are very different and I was much sicker with the girls. Also perhaps your dates are a bit earlier than they should be? Fingers crossed

I'm pregnant with my second (both girls) and the pregnancies have been night and day. Everything from sickness and other symptoms, cravings, how I'm carrying etc has been the opposite....so much so, I was convinced this one was a boy but, nope, definitely both girls.

This pregnancy I suffered a lot with evening sickness, insomnia and night sweats in the first trimester, also diarrhea so I was convinced I had some kind of bug.
First pregnancy was the food aversions and no appetite, I'm so hungry this time! The exhaustion this time has been on either level too, it's been debilitating at times.

Now 30 weeks and the insomnia is back, I'm having a nap pretty much every day.
