Early pregnancy signs?

Hi
I'm due my period in 7 days.
For the past few days I've had really sore nipples, stomach cramps and pretty dark urine even though I'm hydrated! It could be pms but it's not my usual symptoms.
Anyone else had symptoms like this and turned out they were pregnant?

I'm terrified, I already have 3 children am 38 this year and scared to start over again!

I’ve had had four kids and the truth is I didn’t have any! Only thing was a missed period.

I noticed a few-

• implantation bleeding a few days before my period. Just a pink smear when I wiped
• tiredness not long after implantation. This was a few hours in the day not continuous
• cramps but much like mild period cramps
• I experienced oral thrush. Apparently common as hormones shift
• loose stool/ going more often than I would usually

This was pretty much me. The two major symptoms I had was non stop cramping and very sore boobs. Tested positive at 10DPO - very clearly too might I add!

I was TTC on and off for 4 years with our second and, truthfully, every month where I had all the symptoms and was convinced i was pregnant, I wasn't.
The 2 times I have actually been pregnant, I felt completely normal and just like AF was about to arrive at any moment.

Everything came just after I missed a period or later.
