Bladder pressure

Anyone any advice to relieve bladder pressure? Finding it uncomfortable. I can feel the baby moving and kicking down there so I’ve a feeling it’s the pressure of them on there. I’ve already had a UTI and tested recently so I’m clear that way. Feels like I need the toilet and I am passing urine when I go

I had recurring UTIs in my second pregnancy and I felt like this a lot.

One thing that helped was emptying fully each time I had a wee... I kept thinking I'd finished but then if I leaned different ways, the bump would kind of shift and I could wee a bit more
