I’m 15 + 3 weeks pregnant and we have a scan tomorrow
for the last two weeks I’ve been concerned that baby has passed - I have no evidence for this but I’m so in my head about it I can’t cope

I’ve had constant pain the whole pregnancy which really doesn’t help , cramps , stabs and IBS style pain- I’ve had no bleeding so as far as I should know baby is fine I
how can I combat this anxiety
anyone had any similarities

Sorry you feel like this. If it helps, you’re not alone. Many of us are irrationally anxious and nervous over our babies well being. I’m 12 weeks and have a scan next week and I’m constantly worried about my baby! Try to remind yourself the likelihood of miscarrying now is around 2% so the odds are in our favour x
