Stopped vomiting daily shortly after hitting 23 weeks. A few slight nausea spells after but nothing spectacular.

Today, I've vomited violently. Had a glucose test yesterday and results were well within ranges. Blood pressure was checked by nurses at work on Tuesday and was fine.

I googled and clearly Dr Google says nausea and vomiting at this stage may be pre-eclampsia.

Movement seems normal.

Should I be worried?

First pregnancy I stopped daily vomiting at 22 weeks and had random vomit sessions after that so should be comforted but I'm still anxious because I know it can develop any time.

Some of us 'lucky' ladies get vomiting throughout unfortunately and it's just a normal pregnancy symptom, it doesn't mean anything sinister.

My sickness pretty much stopped after 20 weeks but it does keep coming back randomly. I'm 30 weeks now and threw up yesterday, about 10 days ago I had another period of vomiting. It's nowhere near as often or as bad as it was but not pleasant.
