Easy@home - line takes ages to go dark?

Anyone had similar please?
I'm 6 weeks and when I take the tests, the line comes up light. Then around 10 mins later I go back to it and it looks like this.

Did yours do the same? In successful pregnancies, my line would always come up very dark by now.

Not the hook effect as I've tried diluting and the line goes faint. Also tried at different times of the day and different batches. Confused!

How light is the initial test? Have you tried testing with a different brand?

@IdLikeMyMomentInTheSunshine I'd say it's obviously a line but more of a pink shade - half the darkness of the line in the pic. Then it turns darker within say 10-15 mins.

Maybe you have a dodgy batch of tests. This didn't happen to me but I used these all the time and I'm just thinking in the case of a very light early pregnancy test, even if you left it hours it would never get as dark as the picture you've shown. So obviously your HCG is really high. I think I'd grab a few other tests from a different brand and see. Also maybe send an email to easy at home to see has this been reported before and they'll probably send you a new batch.

Thank you, that's a good idea xx
