Really struggling with the nausea, now at 13 weeks

Anyone else reached the 13 week point and felt fed up of the continuous nausea? Mine started quite early (around 5/6 weeks) and has been relentless since. I’m noticing it comes on strongly between 8 - 9pm and starts to ease around 6am. Not that I feel much better through the day but definitely not like the evenings. This week feels even more challenging; I’m retching so much when coughing, brushing my teeth and even taking my vitamins. I don’t know how much more I can take! I’m 14 weeks on Monday and really want to feel better soon!

Hope you get some relief from it soon OP, it's awful.

First pregnancy I suffered from about 7 weeks to 15 ish.
Second pregnancy 5 weeks to 20 ish (with the odd random recurring episodes every couple of weeks since then).

Mine was always worse at night

Have you been to the gp? There is a selection of anti sickness drugs to try

Thanks for your feedback. It feels like the days and weeks are going to slowly. I don’t think I’ve ever wished time away as much as the last couple of months. I think I’m just trying to get through each day at the moment and hoping it will subside but have mentally prepared myself that this could last the entire pregnancy…

I did try a few in earlier weeks but to be honest, I didn’t think they were making much difference and perhaps made me feel more sick. I have said if it doesn’t subside by the time I go for my next midwife apt then I am going to ask if there’s something else I can try to help ease the nausea.
