Is this a very faint positive test ???

I am currently taking medication that would need to be stopped if I was to become pregnant. I do regular tests just in case and wasn’t sure if this was a faint positive or maybe my eyes seeing a line that’s not there lol. Please can I have opinions.

An you take a closer photo? It does look like a faint positive. I would test again tomorrow as I wouldn't want to mess around with meds that could hurt baby.

I think I may stop my medication tomorrow just in case
