Pregnancy pillow recommendations?

Currently almost 12 weeks pregnant and looking to get a pregnancy pillow for sleeping so that I'm ready!

Any recommendations for one you've used or have heard is good?

Honestly I had a giant U-shaped one in my first pregnancy which I bought off amazon.

5 years later the pillow is long gone and I'm now 30 weeks pregnant with our second baby and I never got round to getting another one.

I'm just using normal pillows instead and I can't say there's any difference!

Hi @Annieflso, congrats! I’d definitely recommend getting a pregnancy body cushion medcline.com/pages/pregnancy-body-pillow early—it made a big difference for me with back and hip support. I used a U-shaped one and slept so much better. Totally worth it as your bump grows!

I have the one from babybub and sleep very comfortably with it. I had some pelvic pain before I started using it and it has been much better since. I like that it isn’t bulky yet gives me all the support. I like to sleep with my own pillow so don’t like the u-shaped ones.

I have one filled with microbeans and it moulds to your body really well so is lovely and comfy (similar to BBhugme). However, it's quite long and I always find myself tangled up in it to the point of annoyance, so chuck it out the bed. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with my second and I've actually not used it much this time round at all, but occasionally used a regular pillow instead. None of my friends have ever used one. I'd possibly hold off until you feel like you need the support, then try a regular pillow before investing in a pregnancy one.

I have a bbhugme. Had my baby over a year ago and I still sleep with it. Plus I got another one 🙈they are really good for reading in bed 😆

I’m 26 weeks and finally bit the bullet and bought this one from Amazon just over a week ago. Currently laying in it now, and it’s my new best friend 🤣 really helps with the back and hip pain for me. I LOVE IT!!

I love my BBhugme.

They're quite expensive but you are going to sleep with this thing for months so I think it's worth it.

Those massive ones that surround you completely just look really hot and cumbersome to me.

BBhugme is nice because it's just like a sausage and it moulds to your body. I'm a side sleeper anyway so it's perfect.

I almost bought the Simba one which someone has linked above - they're quite similar. This is the best shape imo but everyone's different.
