Im 5w1d and i know this is likely silly but I just noticed my Garmin has tracked my RHR as dropping. Since implantation (beginning of graph) my RHR has been increasing. Last 2 days it’s dropped and I’m a bit concerned… does anyone else have a fitness watch and have a similar trend?

I’ve had no bleeding yet but in general the past 2 days I’ve felt better than before I even found out I was pregnant. The lack of symptoms and this has me a little concerned.

For context I had low progesterone issues before and they finally only put me on pessaries today but I’m worried it is too late.

Looking at that graph only the most recent data point looks like it could be anomalous - ignoring that the trend is slightly increasing. I'm not sure how that relates to pregnancy, but I wouldn't read that graph as your rhr is on a downward trajectory. Best of luck with your pregnancy x

Mine also dropped around 5/6 weeks and I had the same worry, I looked online and saw others had experienced similar. It is still a bit higher than before pregnancy. My 7 week scan was all good and I'm now nearly 10 weeks all being well 🤞

There was a post on this a month or so back. There is a reason healthcare professionals don't monitor RHR during pregnancy - it's meaningless as there are so many things that can affect it. Put the garmin down (or at least stop thinking it will tell you anything about your pregnancy)!
