8 days late

Hi,
Has anyone been 8 days late (according to flo app) and done a clear blue early digital pregnancy test and it be negative, and also pink dye tests but still ended up being pregnant? Basically, is there any hope I can still be pregnant? I'm nauseous (mostly at night), tender boobs, sensitive nipples, some new spots which I don't normally get.

The negatives are horrible to see everytime😢

Usually you would get a positive by now, however, It could be that maybe you ovulated late? x

@MomToBe2025xx I thought the same. I went by ovulation on flo app, could it be incorrect? I'm new to using the app x

You wouldn't actually know unless you also do ovulation tests I think (I'm no expert btw) Are you usually late on your period? x

Nope unfortunately not. I was ttc for 4 yrs and some months had late periods and symptoms n I didn't before and it was nothing. The time I actually got pregnant (well I'm 34 weeks and awaiting arrival still so this pregnancy) I got a clear positive at 13dpo on all types of test

@MomToBe2025xx never been late on my period unless pregnant. It's so frustrating whilst ttc x

I'm currently 31 weeks, ovulated just over a week late so was waiting about for ages for the period that never came. The flo app is only guessing at ovulation dates based on the information you put in, the longer you've used it for, the more accurate it'll be but sometimes bodies just go rogue.

My cycles changed quite significantly after my last birth, but I had a coil inserted before my period came back so I didn't actually know until I had it out to ttc so it took a bit to get my head round. Have you stopped a hormonal birth control or had a coil removed?

It's so frustrating when you just want your body to play ball, I hope it all works out soon

Delayed ovulation can happen to anyone for a variety of reasons, often as a one-off. Even opks don't prove ovulation has happened, so if you want to know when you ovulated you need to track bbt. Since you didn't, you can't be sure if/when you ovulated. So I would say that you still can't know whether you will fall pregnant this cycle or not. You may be 2dpo, or 13dpo, or you may not have ovulated yet at all.

These apps are just an estimation. The only way to know when you actually ovulated is if you were physically tracking so, yes, it could be incorrect.
