Am I pregnant or not? Worried

Hi everyone,

My period is 5 days late and my period is usually really regular I got a positive pregnancy test last week I've attached a pic, but every test has been negative since then so I'm assuming it was a false positive. My period is never late so I'm confused. What should I do? Just wait for my period?

That line is broken so I wouldn’t trust it. Especially as all other tests have been negative. If you’re very worried and don’t want to be pregnant you could ask the doctor to confirm by a blood test. Or get a private blood test. But I personally would doubt you are pregnant if that is the only test you’ve taken that looks positive. If you do want to be pregnant you could still ask the doctor about a blood test, but equally could just wait and see if your period turns up.

I make these tests - the line being broken does not mean that it isn’t a positive. But if the others since have been negative then most likely a chemical pregnancy, so wait for your period

To be honest in person there doesn't seem to be a broken line I think that was a bad pic but still no period
