How much bigger am I going to get????

I have now almost reached 32 weeks. The baby is kicking hard up on my ribs, my bump starts just under my boobs and I am feeling quite big. I thought that the growth of the bump from here on would be very slow and not much more.

However, last night I started a birth preparation class and was shocked to see how much bigger a girl with a 35 week bump is. She looked as if she had twice as much bump as me and looked as if she was carrying a sack of potatoes on her front.

how much more should I expect the bump to grow in the next 8ish weeks? Did the other girl just have a big bump or am I still in for a shock?

Sorry, don't know what happened there! Was trying to say my stomach got as big as one of those twin bellies on that belly gallery but she was a big baby.

Definately agree with Kelly- can't be lookin'at those multiple belly galleries. I'm 34 weeks with twins after two singleton pregnancies, this was baby no. 3!
Leogaela, yes, you will get bigger-but once the baby engages you'll feel more comfortable (that's the theory anyway!) Good luck.

Lol Nail polish n CarrieG I know what you mean! I thought I was huge at 40 weeks, then when I went over by 5 days, grrr

By the end of my second pregnancy lorry drivers were leaning out of their lorries to comment. Being a notorious shortarse, I looked like a spacehopper.

Thanks Frizbe, I can't wait for this pg to end, which is a shame as it will be my last (famous last words!) I really enjoyed my previous two pgs but this one has been tough and today the dreaded piles appeared, not that I've been able to see that region for months. Sorry for TMI. It's karma I'm sure, DH had one a few months back and I found it highly amusing. Payback time now,I'm wandering round with my a burning bum!

I was huge I couldn't lie down to sleep for last 2 months. My bra size went up to 48 and my skin was so streched round my belly button that it was all bruised.

Ds weighed in at 11lb7oz !

Where exactly does your stomach go? I know my lungs where round about my shoulders somewhere. Never quite figured out where my intestine lived for the last month. Never affected my eating though!
