Looking for some advice around spotting/mild cramping at 6 weeks.

6 weeks today after early MC in Dec.
started feeling some mild cramps today nothing too painful just twinges, this evening I’ve noticed some pink spotting when wiping and my heart has sunk!
I still have other pregnancy symptoms such as sore breasts and extreme nausea just so worried this is going to end the same way!
hoping others have had this with positive outcome 🤞🏼
