Back pain, heavyness and feeling like I am gonna give birth! ONLY 7 MTHS lol

Oh dear this is DD2 I am carrying and I find myself so uncomfortable lately...as though I am about 38 weeks or so.

Terrible back ache, constantly cant find a comfortable seating or laying position. Am always moving about and always feeling so heavy!

I am only size 10 and my bump is not big, it wasnt with my first either, but OMG I feel like she is desperate to come out already!

Is anyone else feeling like this at 7 mths?

Baby is moving about happily and I am feeling great except for this whole heavy, back pain! grrrr

Blimey, this sounds like me! I've been sleeping sitting up for the past 2 nights due to hip pain. I've got a bit of SPD going on so am walking like an arthritic snail and the pain in my coccyx is pretty awful. Just found out the baby is lying spine to spine, albeit head down, which may account for the back pain. I'm 30 weeks so not too concerned about baby's position but might try to coax the LO to move by getting down on all fours with my bum in the air! I'm blowing up my birth ball soon and will perch on that instead of slouching on the couch. Hope you can get some comfort soon.
