What sex was your fourth baby after three of the same?

The same again - as was the 5th! I was never bothered anyway, they are all healthy and that is what matters.

Your odds of your fourth child being the same sex as the previous three (who are already born and are all the same sex) are basically 50/50.

Why would it help to ask a bunch of random people on mum’s net if they had 4 girls, 3 girls then a boy, 4 boys or 4 boys then a girl. Just make yourself a probability tree.

All 5 of mine were the same sex.

5 the same sex. Tbh I preferred it that way as th and I couldn't agree on names for the other sex!

Another boy but this time a kitten!

I know two families with boy, boy, boy, girl. I also know a family with five boys! They were trying for a girl. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We have BBBG. My good friend has GGGB. Current friend is expecting her sixth child in April and they are GBBBBB. My boss has 6 girls.

The odds are not actually 50/50 apparently despite what the post said above. If you’ve had two the same sex, you’re slightly more likely to have that sex again the next time and so on according to studies.

Should point out we weren’t trying for a girl. We have her now and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. So everybody that thought we’d stop when we “got our girl” was dead wrong. We wanted a child.

I used to live next to a woman that had 10 boys and she finally gave up but all her sons have had girls.
The people I personally know that have 4 or more of the same sex and then had a different sex child are the ones where they had a child with a different man from their first lot.
