There’s a nasal bone here right?

16 weeks and don’t know why I suddenly panicked about an absent nasal bone - there’s one here isn’t there in the circle? I can see it in some scan pics but not others….

Looks like a cute little nose to me. It would have been checked for too.

Yes nothing was mentioned at my 12 week scan so must be fine!
The 16 week one was for checking the sex so not sure if they would have looked or not! I’m not sure why I suddenly thought of it whilst looking at the pics!

So is this something they would definitely look for and comment on if abnormal during the 12 week scan?

With the nuchal translucency screening they check for nasal bone and it should be mentioned on the report you got with the risks for trisomy's.
They showed me the bone at the ultrasound and it’s clearly visible on the photo I got.
