I have PCOS so my cycles are all over the place. They can be anything from 26-35 days, usually more like 29/30.
not sure exactly when I ovulated, but think around 25/12.

I did a test last tues (7th) and got two faint but there lines.
tests have been getting darker since but not loads. I’m estimating I’m around 18dpo.
im attaching pics of my tests but has anyone had this and had a good outcome? I just can’t shake from my head that im going to lose it 😔

first picture is this mornings test.

Sorry posted too soon. This looks really positive and progress is clear. Be kind to yourself and try and think positive

Congratulations.

Remember, these tests are not designed to be used in this way and you are only going to make yourself very anxious using them like this,

Step away from the tests Op. I k ow how hard it is, but what will be will be whether you test daily or not.

Thank you so much both of you. That is so reassuring. I can’t tell you how much I needed to hear that.
I have one CB weeks indicator and I’m going to do it in the morning to hopefully see it jump from 1-2 to 2-3, and then I’ve promised myself (and my partner) no more tests.

This is just a measure of HCG in your urine. It can be affected by how much you’ve drank, when you last went to the toilet. Tests can also sometimes reach a point where they can stop showing and where you can get the hook effect happening - too much HCG to show on tests and it starts to lighten or appear negative. Pregnancy tests can also pick up residual HCG after a miscarriage. So basically there is no way of knowing without having a scan.

At 18dpo you are probably too early for a scan. You need to step away from tests. If you have any symptoms you are worried about, call your EPU. If you are still anxious, book a scan but probably not until you are about 7-8 weeks.
