Pressure on belly - any harm?

Hi mamas,
I am 13w pregnant and today I made a very unnecessary move to squeeze into car’s driving seat through the narrow door space (because of another car closely parked to mine), putting pressure on my belly while getting in. And now I am freaking out if this could have impacted the baby, regretting it deeply! Any advice / views, should I be worried?

No you're fine, your uterus is barely out of its usual tucked in place so no harm done.

Accidentally shut my belly in the car door around 25 weeks 🫠 it was fine, so you’ll be fine. Plus the sonographers and midwives can be pretty brutal with your belly as it grows. This will be fine.
