Bleeding

Hi there, I’ve had two pregnancies before and had no bleeding but we’ve been trying from march and I fell pregnant in August but had a miscarriage not long after finding out. I took a test on New Year’s Eve and was positive took a clear blue and said 2-3 weeks but just went for a wee and when I wiped there was blood no clots or pain or any discomfort but due to having a miscarriage a few months ago I’m very very worried so I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced bleeding and that everything was ok. Hey I just wanted to say I tested positive from the 27th to new year but tested again on the 4th and it threw up a negative 2 days later I was proper bleeding but again my af was due so that's threw me off but I told my doctors what happened they didn't even see me or anything and just put it down to a miscarriage but from talking to my sister in law she bled for 2 weeks with her last baby and told me to get in touch with early pregnancy unit at the hospital which I've now done and I'm booked in for Wednesday to see what they say. Sorry I couldn't of been any help just wanted to let you know I know what your going through and fingers crossed it's not a M

I wish both of you well as I know it is a scary time.

DD1 no bleeding in pregnancy, DD2 I bled at about 6 weeks and then further on around 20-ish weeks. Give EPAU a ring and see what they said.

I've had a full on period type bleed with clots in previous pregnancies, as well as what you're describing and baby was fine x

Thank you all so much I’m going to give early pregnancy a call today, just been for a wee this morning and when I wiped it was just a pinkish colour so I’m just hoping it’s some spotting due to it being early in my pregnancy but overall I feel fine no pains or discomfort like I’ve had previously but hopefully I’ll get checked over and everything will be ok.
