Is this an early positive?

Had some spotting yesterday, 4 days before period due. Realised this has actually happened with my other pregnancies and thought I'd just do a test I had in a drawer (not an early response one) and, although very faint, I'm not sure it's negative? Obviously I'll retest when period is due but now it's all that's on my mind! What do you think??

There’s a lot of dye bleed so I’d assume it’s tracked up the positive indent. Sorry.
Re test in a few days using FMU, and dip in a collected sample to avoid flooding/dye bleed.

I think that’s definitely positive, looks like my test around 10 dpo.

i hate these tests as they are so unreliable.

Sorry I agree with those saying there's too much dye bleed. These tests are so rubbish!

Maybe try and get a frer or boots early detection? Agree with the suggestion to dip rather than wee on

I think yours is positive. It looks exactly like mine lol I took this at 11dpo and then I did a clear lie digital the next day and was positive 1-2

Can you get a pink dye test or an early result digital ? I’ve been ttc 3.5 years and have done a lot of tests those CB ones aren’t reliable they give misleading results. I’ve never been pregnant and they’ve given some nasty Evap lines that made me think I was so I never buy them now

I think this looks like an early positive as the line is quite think and blue. But I know these CB ones can give some nasty evaps. Are you testing again today OP? Good luck xx

There's clearly something there, but I agree it could be positive or a smear from the dye. I would test again today!

An update... Yesterday gave me a bit of a heads up but it still felt like a shock. Thanks again everyone for your comments.
