Is this positive ??? Freaking out

Hi everyone,

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative so chucked it into the bin.

I was just cleaning out the bins and seen it looked positive? It looks to dark to be an evap? I've used these tests loads and I've also checked them a day after and no second line so I'm confused.

What do you think??? I'll obviously re-test!

I've used these easy@home tests for years and never had issues with Evaps. What do you all think.

Take another test if you have one?

They can come up dark after a while which is why they say don't read them after 10 mins.

Anything after the time frame is usually invalid, retest.

I've retested and it was Bfn! However I've been drinking water all morning and not first morning urine.

I am finding this very strange to be honest, I've used these tests for years and never experienced this, the odd time I will see an evap but they are colourless and very light this is very obvious and pink. I know I can't say if outside the time frame.

I'll test tomorrow morning with fmu!

I wouldn’t trust it because it’s a broken line AND it came up after the time frame. I personally have never had evaps on those. But I have seen others online who have.

Yeah the line is broken and outside timeframe OP, but you're right, another negative now could mean your urine is too diluted!

It def looks positive. My 5yr old was the faintest line if u squinted and always only came up after the time limit. It was always def a negative within the time frame. It was only when I went to put it in the bin later I noticed it. My period was late. Even when I tested everyday for a week it was the same. DH was convinced I wasn't pregnant. I eventually bought a digital that confirmed it.
