So I have a little bit high blood pressure , monitored and on Labetalol and blood thinners since 14 weeks currently 18 weeks. Is it normal to be so scared and constantly full of anxiety? Do feel movement but varies by day , some day loads some days none (anterior placenta) so no pattern as so early. Im looking for reassurance has anyone had a good outcome?

Hi OP, please don't be feeling anxious about movements at 18 weeks!
I had an anterior placenta with my first and felt nothing at all till 22/23 weeks - even this time with a posterior placenta which makes movements easier to feel it was still 20 weeks!
I'm 28 weeks now and only just in the last week or 2 getting into a regular pattern where movements are concerned.

At 18 weeks your baby is still teeny with lots of room to hide and change positions or tuck themselves into every nook and cranny. It's also totally normal for movements to be sporadic for the first few weeks. They should gradually build up then you should fall into a proper pattern between 24 and 28 weeks.

Is it low blood pressure you have (hypotension, as per thread title) or high (hypertension) as per your text in the post?

Just in case anyone gives you wrong advice based on the wrong one! Best of luck- pregnancy is an uncertain time!
