IVF Pregnancy 5 weeks sore boobs have gone

Hi everyone, I’m 5 weeks pregnant after IVF. I’ve got myself a bit worried today because I’ve woken up and my boobs aren’t sore at all. That’s the only symptom I had. I’m still taking 800mg progesterone a night. Apart from mild cramping and twinges which come and go. I did feel freezing and slightly unwell 2 nights ago. Has anyone else had this?

Symptoms can fluctuate and that’s very normal. What isn’t normal is if you get disappearing symptoms combined with bleeding. My symptoms disappeared at 5w2d and then I miscarried at 6w BUT I’d had light bleeding constantly since 8dp5dt and the bleeding got worse at the same time as the symptoms disappeared.

I’m actually saying that to reassure you. My pregnancy was ivf too so I know how worried you must be as ivf pregnancies are higher risk. It’s very unlikely there’s anything wrong if there’s no bleeding. I’ve been told it’s normal for symptoms to come and go. Symptoms tend to kick in at 6-8 weeks pregnant so hopefully you’ll get some big ones then. Congratulations on your hard won pregnancy!

As pp said, it's totally normal for symptoms to come and go, especially in the first trimester.
I had weeks I felt like absolute death then other times when I didn't feel pregnant at all in both pregnancies (DD1 is now 4.5 and I'm 28 weeks with DD2)
