Possible to be pregnant on the coil?

Had mirena in almost 3 years. I'm 35 and not wanting more babies but if I was pregnant I'd love and raise it. Basically on the 7th and 11th of December I had sex. It was abit of a short term thing.

I've had a strange couple of weeks. But I've been stressed out too. Work. Family stuff. Man stuff. Organising Christmas and 2 birthdays just after Christmas I was worn out.

My aerolas have always been almost the same colour as my skin and no bigger than a 2p. In the last few weeks ice began noticing they've got alot bigger and the colours changed. They don't look like my nipples now. I've been so so tired. Over Christmas week my mood was low and I was unable to settle.

I've had a couple of days where I feel crampy in my womb almost like period pains.

I was put on steroid tablets yesterday for a sudden rash flare up on my chest. I was staring at my boobs and thinking my boobs really have changed.

Now I know there's only a 1% chance. But has anyone experienced this?

Take a test! It’s very rare but possible.

It's not that rare as they can become dislodged.

Yes, possible. I know a Midwife whose 5th child was born despite the coil.

My "coil baby" is now 10 months old

It’s not that rare. I personally know of 3 ‘coil babies’.
