False positive or chemical pregnancy

Hi, first post on here, been TTC the last few months, been feeling abit off this month and have had killer boob pain I don't usually get, so decided to take a test (got a very faint lines on 3 tests over 3 days - Morrisons test) however I'm due my period tomorrowish and the line hasn't got any darker within the 3 days I've took tests.

I however have had some bad cramps the last week or so (usually I wouldn't get cramps over a week before my period) last night and today the cramps have been very intense at times so I suspected I'm having a chemical pregnancy and that might be why there isn't much progression on the lines. Then I came on here yesterday and seen alot of posts about false positives on Morrisons pregnancy tests! Quite shocking to read so many have had false positives. I'm wondering if I should just wait for my 'period' to come or if I should go out and find another brand to test tomorrow, wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. 😫

Thanks

I wouldn't say those lines are faint at all! They definitely look like positives to me.

Thanks so much for the reply! I think with seeing so many false positives stories on Morrisons tests combined with killer cramps and a past miscarriage I'm not wanting to get my hopes up, will test with a different brand in a couple days if no period appears :-)

They look like positives to be to - lots of factors come into play with how dark the line shows up at different times on different days which is why it's not recommended to keep testing like this (although I know people do).
Early pregnancy is a stressful time and the only thing that can give you any answers is time I'm afraid.
If you start bleeding like a period then get negative tests then that's a chemical, if not then you are still pregnant at this moment in time and just have to hope it's a sticky one.
Good luck.

I had awful cramps when I was pregnant - I thought I was getting my period. Cue no blood and a positive test.

I’d be surprised if you’re not pregnant.
