UTI advice?

I’ve had a very mild UTI. Lab test and swab done last week and they prescribed me antibiotics without the results. I had slight irritation when I was peeing that was it. I’ve nearly finished the antibiotics and woke up with low back pain. I don’t know if pregnancy related. I’m 23 weeks. If it’s a minor UTI would it have caused back pain. When I move it eases which is making me think it’s not to do with UTI. I took a home test to check if cleared and it’s showing as negative. Anyone had a UTI during pregnancy?

My results were positive but very minor and didn’t actually need to be treated with antibiotics but just worried about this back pain

Best to contact your hospital or NHS111 about this, nobody here can give you good advice about a medical issue.
