Constant abdominal pains since 14 week point

I’m nearly 15 weeks and since 14 weeks each day it’s something different. Ranges from dull ache on one side, throbbing, extreme bloating, bum pain, the odd sharp pain on side of thighs, feeling very full down there, feeling heavy down there. I just went to know did anyone else experience this, is this just going to be what it’s like now? I know there are plenty of women who feel great and feel nothing really. But I’m already waddling and having to walk slowly.

Hi, I'm 18 weeks and this is unfortunately common. Everything is stretching out, baby is growing and making room for itself and hormones in your body are causing everything to relax. I'm also waddling and having to slow down at points.

If at any point you're worried though I'd contact your midwife for reassurance

Currently 17 weeks and feeling the same. It's not like cramping, more like pulling sensations in my muscles. Its my first pregnancy but I believe the baby grows rapidly in the second trimester so I'm assuming it's just everything stretching out more quickly? I mentioned it to my midwife at my 16 week appointment and she didn't seem concerned.

19w and had similar for weeks. Mine feels more in my lower pelvis, around my groin - heavy and like a pulled muscle. I’m going to try a pelvic belt to see if that helps incase it’s PGP!
