Opinions please on light FRER

Hi ladies,

I've tested at CD26 and CD28 with FMU. Unfortunately don't know when I ovulated but my cycles are 29-30 days on average. Earliest it could be is 13DPO due to baby dance date. Couldn't be any earlier.

I've had a huge amount of losses and fortunate to have my son. All my tests were light / slow progressing with mcs 6-9 weeks and so just looking to prepare myself here.

What do you think? Has anyone had such a light test a day before period and had success? (I haven't found any via Mumsnet search - they all end in mc). My husband thinks it's doubled in terms of the line but I'm not sure/ even so... It's still very light for this stage? Xx

I totally understand worrying about line progression OP - I did it with both of mine!

I was worried it's not a dark positive.. with me due AF? With my son, it was a dark line by 13DPO xx

What day in the cycle did you last have sex? Are you counting that sperm can stay around for up to 5 days before ovulation too?

Either way the line has got darker and looks good so far. I tested on 11dpo this time with a frer and my line was like your second line. I then tested a second time at 14dpo and it was fairly strong, then finally at 18dpo and it was a dye stealer. Test again in 2/3 days time.

Thanks @Blue2020 the last time was 17th Dec and so I've estimated 13/14DPO as I could have ovulated a day before that or on the day too. Don't think it would calculate that I could be 11DPO today, which is why I'm worried it's not a strong one :-( xx

Hmm so I've looked back and my earliest faint line on a wandfo was 24th December. Which means I can track latest possible ovulation.. so I'm at least 17DPO today. I think the line is too weak
