Is it after you eat anything or only certain foods? I find I'm a bit more sensitive to certain foods during pregnancy x

I have been suffering with my stomach since 6/7 weeks and I vomit every night to the point I have blood in my vomit I don’t know if I should go into hospital about this or is it normal
