Measuring small

I'm 37 weeks today and my bump is measuring 32 weeks. My midwife has referred me for a scan (I've had multiple scans already as my first baby was on the smaller side) and they've all been fine. Last scan showed baby was on 33% which is much bigger than my first.

Does anyone know what happens if my scan shows they are dropping weight at this gestation? Scan should be around 38 weeks, I'm waiting for a confirmed date. I'm worried they will suggest an induction

I imagine they will suggest an induction but remember you don't have to agree. You could ask for increased monitoring.

Hopefully baby will be carrying on as they are on the 33rd and you won't have to worry x

Baby won't be losing weight. Just possibly not gaining how they would like according to the graphs. The measurements are all subjective and even the scans can be +/- 10%

It's more likely that baby had got themselves tucked in a weird position or it was a different person measuring you.

Try not to worry until you've had the scan and have all the information.
