27 weeks - pain in right side

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar as unsure what it could be.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with DD2 and tonight I've had a dull pain in the lower right side of my abdomen that just won't go away. Any ideas?
It's been several hours now and isn't getting worse but not going away either - it's just a constant ache and no amount of changing positions is relieving it.

Op, if this doesn’t get better or you start to feel flu-ey or unwell, please contact the
maternity unit. This happened to me at 28 weeks and it was appendicitis. Absolutely horrendous at the time - but all fine in the end.

I did ring my local PAU for advice and they're not too concerned at the moment as baby is moving fine and I feel otherwise OK.

Another great mystery of pregnancy! Hope you’re feeling more comfortable soon.

It got worse today and pain was in my back so ended up going in and I've got a urine infection. Baby fine.
