Hello

Is it the Pregnacare ones specifically?

It's a good idea to take some as you should have the folic acid if you are looking to conceive.

I've taken pregnacare ones and had no issues although you do need to follow the instruction to take on a full stomach otherwise they can cause nausea. I have seen others on here say they have affected their cycle though.
If you've bought them I'd give them a go and you can always switch brand if they don't suit.

I think there a specific ones you can buy for when trying to conceive. Like the previous post mentioned folic acid is the main one, remember taking just that alone early days until getting pregnacare a little later on.

If TTC it's important to take prenatals particularly as we get older. My consultant has stressed how important it is for me to take them. I'm taking Proceive. They are pricey but are free of bulking agents.

That being said and depending on your own overall health, many women have surprise pregnancies and both mum and baby are fine. If you don't take anything else just make sure you take folic acid 400mg daily.

Good luck !

I had a bad experience with pregnacare which messed with my cycles and made me feel sick (if you search on here you'll find similar) others have had no issues.

The one vitamin you need is folic acid

I took procieve as did my partner once we got to 6 months of TTC with no luck. The conception board on here is good too - lots of lovely people TTC
