What is the maximum mg i can take using paracetmol in one go...

is it 500 mg? (or 1000 mg like i need as so full of cold atm)

1g. is normal dose. no more than 4 times a day. and don't take anything else with paracetamol in - like lemsips.

yes i know about the lemsips as only taking paracetomol every 4 hours....well i try and remember to take them! hee hee. thanks and phew thats a relief.

Also lockets......how many im allowed a day?
